22 years of celebrating excellence
For 22 years, the National Apprenticeship and Skills Awards have brought together the very best of England’s skills sector for an unforgettable evening of recognition and celebration.
In 2025, the Awards once again shone a spotlight on exceptional apprentices, T Level students, employers and skills champions who were transforming lives and creating opportunity through apprenticeships and T Levels.
The ceremony returned to the stunning Royal Lancaster in London and was hosted for the first time by Ben Shephard, setting the stage for an inspiring night that honoured ambition, dedication and impact.
And the celebration extended far beyond the ceremony. Finalists gained national recognition, took part in National Apprenticeship Week, accessed valuable media opportunities, and joined a powerful network of ambassadors championing skills across the country.
