As well as offering the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the group including marketing, IT, HR, and the other business development teams to share knowledge/ideas and contribute to the overall Group’s business development and marketing activities.

Donray was introduced to the course in an untraditional way, for example the first day of his apprenticeship was accompanied by being in an empty office. Although these were unusual working conditions, Donray adapted to the new working environment, and persevered with his apprenticeship. This meant speaking with his training provider virtually with seminars and 1-2-1 calls every month. Since Donray's apprenticeship started, he has improved templates and processes in the business development team which helps drive in new business more efficiently.
