Billie is loyal and dedicated to her L3 Advanced and creative studies, Billie has worked towards her technical perfection and has allowed herself and her work in the salon to inspire her and propel her forward. Billie has worked on a salon collection, that has inspired her L3 Advanced and creative collection, allowing herself to be inspired Billie has worked creatively towards not just how the hair looks, but how it feels, and has been able to combine techniques to achieve her vision boards to create dimension and texture. Billie is dedicated to continued education; she appreciates the learning process and uplifts everyone around her learning also. Billie is a wonderful apprentice in in her salon and classroom team She plays such an important part of the smooth running of the salon. She provides additional customer care to ensure a fantastic experience for the client. She ensures that the customer feels comfortable on arrival, offers refreshments, and provides the kind of service that a business can promote as a luxury visit. When she provides such a high standard of customer care the salon thrives, the stylists feel supported and Billie’s job satisfaction increases and is often rewarded in the form of recognition, incentives, or client tips!

Her off the job training and study is one of the most important elements of her apprenticeship. This is the opportunity to be a stylist in the Academy, a salon setting with paying models, and to develop her wider skills. Through undertaking activities that promote inclusion and hot topics that focus on awareness of a variety of empathy building scenarios, she also develops her ability to work with many different types of people and interact well with others that may not otherwise have come in to contact with. This is a great career path as developing empathy, understanding about many different people outside of your own circle and using creativity to make people look and feel great is rewarding, the hair and beauty is growing and evolving all the time and our apprentices are really shaping the future and success of the industry.
