Ciara is on track to complete her qualification; Lead Practitioner in Adult Care Level 4. Ciara started her programme as a Deputy Manager for Anchor Hanover - Godiva Lodge. Ciara recently had been interviewed and was successful in her application within her employment to become registered manager.

Since becoming registered manager, Ciara has already gone through the CQC inspection process and has faced many challenges in undertaking this transition in her new role. Ciara’s manager has given feedback about her skill and knowledge set and recognises that Ciara has come a long way in her career having progressed from her level 2 qualifications right through to her level 4 and, once complete, will progress onto her level 5 which is required for her new position as registered manager. Ciara is also in role without a deputy to support her at present so is working extremely hard and is still attending her appointments with her Vocational Skills Coach and making progress which is a clear sign of her dedication and commitment to the role.
